Some of the vaccines require super chilled storage which makes transport logistics almost impossible to places such as Cambodia. The initial trials were based on 100 people - read something about those being within the young demographic meaning it's efficacy and safety may not be so great with elderly... hardly reassuring. Public trust perception seems to be rather low and the liability exemption from manufacturers is far from assuring - I forsee a low uptake on people willing to get the job just to hop the border for a gamble.
