I reckon the thai vendor is purposely delaying the AGM to get 2 months of data before the AGM
It becomes increasingly likely to me that they won't have a capital raising before Xmas. Very tight time to raise capital when people start going away.
Also, there is no mention of covenant test waiver.
I could be wrong. They could have some announcement in the coming 1 week.
