They have enough money for the December payment. Sshould not be a problem with the convenant.
The next and final payment is not due until June 2021, like i say previously. Worry, about it in March 2021
Doesn't need to be a cap raise. could be loan extension, refinance with another bank, sell Aristo casino.. plenty way to slice and dice.. cap raise is only 1 of many possibility... why are people so fixate about cap raise ? also, underwriter could come in at 5-6-7 cents.. who say cap raise has to be at 3.5 cents ?
