Thailand is actually proposing green travel zone for phuket and various other destination. Poipet will be a Cambodian “green” travel zone.. tourist travelling to thailand don’t need to quarantine if they come from green zone.
Maybe they’ll block off the poipet casino duty free zone area, any cambodian that enter this zone will need to be tested first, workers stay reside within the duty free zone.Thus covid, if any would need to be brought over from Thailand first.. This will give Thai travelling to Poipet green zone, exemption from quarantine. When they return back across the border.
