vietnam and russia are close friends (cambodia russia much less so). Does vietnam sign a deal to use that vaccine?

Both china and usa want the glory of being the first amongst them to register a vaccine so does sinopharm or cansino register one as soon as stage 3 shows no side effects?

vaccine tech is as advanced as it's ever been and not one vaccine has shown any side effects (maybe one has , if so feel free to post) and the companies are signing waivers to free them of any legal obligations in the off chance they do chance they cause issues years down the track.
