What about regional tourist ? says, residents of Yunnan province visiting Lao Cai province. Both Yunnan and Lao Cai have very low infection rate and currently no active cases for months.. Yunnan residents don't need visa to visit Lao Cai for 7 days.. The Vietnamese are very keen for tourist to visit their Sapa mountain right now, to boost local tourism.

Perhaps there will be some sort of regional tourist scheme arrangement between Yunnan and Lao Cai in the offering soon (similar to the visa free arrangement between the 2 province). When this happen, Aristo casino will become the most viable option to 47 million Yunnan resident.. as it would be easier to travel from Yunnan to Lao Cai, than to visit Macau.

Similarly, Thai and Poipet.. Cambodia currently request a $3000 USD deposit and covid test upon entry into Cambodia..

Thai entering Poipet will only have to provide a covid test upon entry, but not the $3000 USD deposit, because they have not yet entered Cambodia.
