The funny (or sad) thing is that some people reading this still belong to the group asking how is it that right wing parties with a nationalistic and culture preserving perspective are gaining world wide momentum after years (decades some countries?) of what I see now as years of left wing indoctrination and propaganda on cultural and moral relativism and subsequent acceptance of global migration.
Cultural relativism is the idea that a person's beliefs, values, and practices should be understood based on that person's own culture, rather than be judged against the criteria of another.
Normative moral relativism holds that because nobody is right or wrong, we ought to tolerate the behavior of others even when we disagree about the morality of it.
Hence, not withstanding Swedish media, our ABC doesn't appear to seem to want to broach the topics of burkas or genital mutilation nor does the Victorian Labor Government seem to want to broach the topic of African gangs (although it now seems that the Australian Vietnamese community in a part of Melbourne does). This, in my belief, will escape the control of the Victorian Government and police because they didn't tackle head-on when first raised.
