i have no doubt that the business has performed better than last year......but they aren't telling anyone about it.
would have to have a look and check the ASX definition of continous disclosure obligations, but you have have to think most companies listed on the ASX have managed more than 3 announcements in the last 6 months. it's continous disclosure for all 100% of the shareholders, not just the 83% in the know.
the reason why it is so low (and will stay there for a while) is no retail buyers have any information that would encourage them to buy(obviously there is the whole credit crunch thing as well). it's probably the way they want it. but does't inspire confidence in management.
