Having done some researh online I found that Amedeus currently owns 14% of TVL. Sabre have acquired LMC which owns 25% of LMA and as you said the other 75% owned by TVL. Therefore it seems as though Sabre and Amedeus both have interests in LMA - I am not sure but arent Sabre and Amedeus competitors.
I was asking about LMC other interests in Australia becasue there seems to be a number of business interests that compete with eachother. For example whats the deal with Sabre - Travelocity - Zuji?
Zuji is another online travel agent - arent they?
