Im was just reading thru some reports and was curious as to why Focus paid so much for the final 25% when the 75% interest was a lot cheaper???
The Treasure Island project was acquired in June 2010 for 3 million FML shares for a
75% interest.
The other 25%
As consideration, Focus will grant to the vendors, Semro Pty Ltd, five million fully paid Focus shares
and $2 million in cash payable in $80,000 instalments over 25 months
