With the ASX being under so much pressure around clearing , if you can spin a good enough story around ClearPay - which any good salesman could right now - then you may just might get some other sucker to invest in ClearPay big time!!!. I mean it all "sounds good"

If I was NSX , you have already lost your $3.2m cold, and have it on the books at "zero" , so why not just keep your share! You never know hey?

I'm sure Tim Hart will do the right thing by the NSX.

Also Anton, it prohibits, for ever more anyone, from the NSX ( or ohterwise) being able to demand from ISX some transparency and accountability around what "Probanx did" to earns its $4m share of ClearPay... LOL
