Tim Hart is a puppet of Karantzis. He’s so vested into ISX he’ll do anything. So is Todd Richards and Scott Minehane and Barnaby Edgerton Warburton. They are all significant shareholders in ISX and stand to make a lot of $. Karantzis took the heat in the ASIC case but the others were complicit.
