I don’t have a strong view on the ASX, yes they were tough on ISX but in the end somewhat vindicated by the ASIC case. ISX didn’t do themselves any favours in that whole saga either. Anyway it’s history now.
In regards to the Chess rollout, it is nothing but an absolute disaster. And an expensive one at that for the ASX and its shareholders and the brokers. They’ll cop a decent fine and more heads will roll.
