There is no trove. It would've been produced to exculpate the Respondents if it existed. Senior Counsel for the Respondents did a great job with the brief he was given.
There are three things running in parallel:
- The evidence adduced in the ASIC case;
- The absence of the 2nd Respondent; and
- Credibility findings as to witnesses.
