Yes the trove, discovered right as the demerger vote was announced and which was deserving of its own amended statement of claim against ASX, a case then dropped within a year in which ISX willingly walked away with nothing. Very strange indeed...
When the judgement is in next year, I think it could prove useful to tie everything together and makes sense of all these little things along the way.
