Hi ChillingOut. Question if I may. Wrt ISX vs ASX and a treasure trove. If ASIC was to draw upon documents that so happened to be already requested by ISX and or ASX during the ISX vs ASX case, can ASIC still persue/utilise those documents? What would make said documents to not be relied upon due to being sealed within that case matter and is there a terminology for it, so to speak. Purely a personal question. ta.
