I'm pretty sure it is the tech that we have that they are shite scared of. That's not going away anytime soon. How red faced must the directors of the mighty market operator be when they have spent millions of their share holders money and achieved nothing. Then a small start up comes along and within 12 months only spending ten of thousands cracks the code. Their cash cow will be gone very soon.
