If there was a treasure trove, as stated by JK, it would've been released by now. The court cases were public. JK produced all the evidence he had in the case against ASX and included it in his statements of claims (available on the comcourts website - feel free to go read from yourself). Whether that evidence was a treasure trove of wrongdoings by ASX/ASIC is up to each person to decide, but that's all there was. Based on the fact that ISX dropped the case after all evidence and hearings, but just before verdict, that's probably the most reliable indication of the chances of success that the case had.
