"Public Domain information of any kind is hearsay and worth nil objectively".
I don't think you understand what hearsay is. And things can be verifiable without a court verdict. Facts that are agreed by both parties don't need to be disputed.
The court did serve JK a prohibition order at his lawyer's address. Fact. Agreed by both sides. JK did move up his departure flights and attempt to leave the country. Fact. Agreed by both sides. JK was prevented from leaving the country at the airport. Fact. Agreed by both sides. JK borrowed money from our company, provided it as security against the ATO debt, which resulted in his departure prohibition order being lifted, and him leaving the country. Fact. Agreed by both sides.
Then you enter disputed areas. Did the lawyers tell JK that he wasn't allowed to leave the country? Arguable. Did he move up his flights by coincidence? Arguable.
And I stated them as such. Why you would waste your time arguing things that even JK doesn't dispute.
