OM report claims that the PERF shares were earned by just over $1,000. This is factually incorrect If they were to be honest they would have said that the Milestone C shares were the ones that "just" got over the line. ISX claim it was by over $500,000, and they won so? “The 2014 performance rights had revenue targets to be met by the end of June 2018.These were met by a margin of $1,347(excluding R&D grants and interest income)…” If you include R&D etc its over $500k So they claim the Perf shares, not milestone 3, so therefore it is incorrect. If they said part of perf shares or milestone C then it may be correct depending on how you look at it. But they claim Perf shares, which include A and B so INCORRECT.

They claim the ownership of the shares are OPAQUE, to who? Shorters? Because in the federal court it is clear who the owners of the shares are. So again INCORRECT
