    The main beneficiaries of a successful class action are likely to be Piper and their funders, not shareholders.
    On one hand. JK acted in the best interest of shareholders in growing revenue and earning his performance shares.
    On the other, he failed to disclose key information.
    I guess it comes to individual preference which hurts more.
