I believe Senator O'Neill is taking the lead in grilling ASIC over dropping the ball on NUIX.
And no, I wasn't invested in any of the companies mentioned above. I have little faith in the integrity of the market and even less faith in ASIC's ability or even willingness to regulate it. I already have third degree burns from HML and our government doesn't appear to be in any hurry to prevent that scenario from happening again. I won't be investing again any time soon.
