ASIC commenced an investigation in relation to Henry Morgan Limited in February 2019 which is ongoing.
February 2019!!! Seriously?!! Despite receiving multiple tip-offs from industry professionals as early as 2017, and complaints from shareholders numbering in the triple digits during 2018?
The long delay in starting the investigation aside - it's been over 2 years!!
I have no background in finance or investment; only a few hours a week of my own spare time to do research; and I managed to wrap my head around what was going with HML and JBL in the space of a few months. ASIC - you have a full time team that is highly educated in these matters and after over 2 years of investigating you still don't get it? Seriously?!
