In order of magnitude you would think there would be more noise around the whole Macquarie, ASX, ASIC, Nuix heist... particularly when it is a copybook pump and dump in a hot market.... reminiscent and same actors as Macquarie, ASX, ASIC and Brisconnections... history repeats and no-one pays except the investors.
Do you have an info or insight on whether ASIC/DPP think they have a prosecutable case against McAuliffe. I mean if there isn't enough evidence of a crime they cant fabricate it can they? Is that why its taking so long?
