i say July to incorporate the financials as well. But on the tradewar front thats just expaectation and hope - no inside info other then I saw reported that US gone soft on the China subsidy demands which tells me that they are making concessions to get over the line.
trump needs a win and his trade policy has been weak to date - nafta 2.0 is nothing more then nafta plus incorp some language stolen from tpp on digital and technolgy stuff. (little bit more but i sure u get the jist)
But from a twe fundamental side - they really are looking strong and div rate improving on an increasing sp and that is great.
I dont see 3-4 as that much of a stretch - look how fast went from 15 to 20 last year?
