I am only new at this but my instinct tells me to buy when its low. and from my Research and the potential of CVI and the fact that the market is low, this is a good time to accumulate more. I have bought quite a few in the last couple weeks and I intend to hold for the long term. I also applied for the options
Pity the account balance is Low at the moment or I would like probably many others buy some more
