Not a stupid question and i should have clarified that this is speculation. I am however confident that it is the path the company wishes to take. I believe it was in a presentation but cannot be sure or find it again to confirm.
I note that orioles advises it's not a priority (on another thread) and this might be correct but i still believe this will happen and sooner rather than later, ie q1 19.
I will contact the company to see if they can advise.
