I realized that older posts seem to be gone on this board. So perhaps reposting this is a good idea...If the placebo group had acted like they were supposed to we would have seen a much different result. As Kempler said - the placebo group was supposed to act like the AIBL 38-month study group. I've posted a graph on hot copper showing how the SUVR data should have looked with the treated group v. the AIBL 38-month data. PBT2 worked in the treatment group.
