In Australia:
Were you aware that a pig has the intelligence of a 3-year-old child? In an Australian-first, Animals Australia has launched a series of hard-hitting radio ads to alert caring Australians to the suffering behind factory farmed pork, bacon and ham.

In regard to live export, many animals also die because of the drought and a number of other reasons before being exported. Conditions before exporting can be poor.
I was told by the CEO RSPCA NSW that if we stop exporting from here, another country with less care for animals will export and those animals will suffer more. The CEO has been on board with the animals to witness for himself.
Don't forget, they also skin the cats for fur. Speak out when you see a stall here with fur products...its not rabbit like they say but cat fur.
I've seen the dog Restaurants in Vietnam and the skinned dogs being sold in markets..when they spot the tourists they hide the meat. Why is killing a dog or cat o/s any worse than it is killing a pig or lamb here?
There are those caged animals in Asia but we have caged chickens here in horrid conditions too only because people don't want to or can't afford to buy free range eggs.
What are you having for lunch?
