LA: I have not seen the treaty so I can't say whether what that centre has listed as "detail" and as a worrying detail, is correct. I find it hard to believe that any one of those points would be legitimate interpretation of a seriously written treaty.
I do know also that, for a treaty to be written, some serious thinking needs to be done and one which has -as its ultimate goal, peace so that prosperity can take place in all countries signing it.
