One thing I don't get is this:

Mr Korda said the administrators would immediately suspend forestry and horticulture operations while funding options are determined.

Why would the administrator suspend horticultural operations? Does that mean they'll stop the harvesting/processing of almonds, olives, etc? My understanding was that these operations are funded by the investors through the sale of the produce so what need would there be to suspend operations at this time?
