I empathise with your comment L.O.,adding to my previous thread I believe that there is an avenue and it just needs a nudge in the right direction,as the previous thread generally stated what motivated us,and I concur the tax claim of 100% was one of the many benefits, but there are others (please note I wrote present and future tense)-------THERE ARE--these were stated in my previous thread.
How to inniate or crystalise this opportunity depends on the T-huggers interested.I recall David Mond remonstrating with Rhodes and Cole as why they did not source the investors as support in offering his services, mind you at the time nobody knew what the real agenda was, only Cole and Rhodes were aware and implemented their plans.
The initial interest at doing this investor alliance is by a pro active block that en-mass becomes its own entity, but structured that as an individual just like this forum you keep tabs,I use this as an example only
There are smart investors here that play the rules down the line, that type of integrity is not lost with the comments on this site, especially my favourite Molonski, but do not tell her.
So,it will take people who see the long term benefits, prepared to adjust to the consolidation as an alliance for the long term benefit of each individual investor---be committed and disciplned.
to keep it on track, have the most viscious toe cutters in town keeping the co-op on target
