Wont provide rationale because he's not interested or doesn't care. This a growth company and a CR will be required at some point, especially if they fast track overseas expansion. Current cash on hand is $20m with $10m marked for the new facility. Additional capacity won't take near as much capital e.g. Aphria expand 88,000 square feet of new greenhouses for $5mCAD in 2015. Even at current burn rates there's still plenty of cash on hand for working capital for the time being.
