They happen without warning and the market is informed after they are done.
They normally don't do a rights issue type of thing where people (us for example) are invited.
And they have money until March.
So I can see what you are saying and have been wondering if that is what has kept the price down myself - but this mire is across the whole market - in fact the whole world so have been having a hard time convincing myself.
