In part your comment on MEO is correct, if however, you look at their top 20 holders you will see that the majority of them increased their holdings in the past week or so. That was real tree shaking from professionals. They were manipulating and accumulating while some of the smaller fish in the pond got panicky and sold out.
Yes, and the big fish ate them up.
