I hate being right. Let me quote myself from two days ago:

If experience tells me anything however, it is that you WILL be disappointed at some point in the future. Good news will come out and the price will drop and this board will be full of people wondering why they didn't just get rich. It's that sort of stock"
What has happened today is just BTR doing what BTR does. Don't get sucked in by other peoples' impatience or you WILL lose money. The PFS will connect more of the dots. Today is just traders doing what traders do, and the weak of confidence falling into their trap.
