Guys - this is a proposal only for the meeting on 22 Nov. Just wish it was tied to some outcome - like managing the discovery of 76m of Au at 100 g/t and 50m of Ag at 200g/t and 99m Cu at 0.9% by midnight on 28 Feb 2017. Now we could then say it was performance based. This is just a gift - I would not be surprised if s/h's took a dim view of it today!
