    ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
    POCKETMAIL GROUP LIMITED
    wholly owned subsidiary
    ADAVALE MINERALS PTY LTD
Assay results from reconnaissance drilling program confirm
    uranium mineralisation and disequilibrium
    SUMMARY
The board is pleased to release results received from independent laboratory
analyses of samples from the reconnaissance drilling program at the Clayton
Basin Prospect and from x-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis of samples from
the Clayton Basin and Mumpie Prospects at the Lake Surprise Project. These
results are interim and assaying and interpretation of assays continues
XRF analysis of samples is from a Niton XRF hand held analyser and are
indicative assays that will be confirmed by chemical assay should the need
arise. The laboratory and XRF results have shown the uranium is in
disequilibrium. Disequilibrium is prevalent in sandstone hosted uranium
deposits and it is not uncommon that the higher levels of uranium occur
outside of the zones of gamma radiation.
Results to date indicate this type of uranium deposition exists at Lake
    Surprise.
The Lake Surprise project covers some 3000 sq km and the two prospect
areas currently being explored, Clayton and Mumpie cover more than 300 sq
km. The Clayton Basin is centrally located in the project area whilst Mumpie is
located approximately 40kms south east of Clayton Basin
The drilling programs at Clayton Basin and Mumpie were designed to follow
up on early exploration that had identified uranium anomalies over large areas
from radiometric surveys and preliminary field work.

    Results
Results shown are based on total ppm’s accumulated over intervals listed and
    converted to U3O8 equivalent.
From the results it is the company’s intention to show what it believes is the
potential of the project and not to suggest that U3O8 is recoverable or there is
    any suggestion of a resource.
All XRF results are indicative only and require confirmation by laboratory
    analysis.
    Clayton Basin Prospect (Fig. 1)
Samples from 29 Clayton Basin holes, selected from zones of gamma
radiation, were sent for laboratory analysis.
Results confirm uranium mineralisation within these samples. Five holes
returned the equivalent of between 102 and 132 tonnes of U3O8 per sq k over
intervals that had gamma signature between 3m and 6m in thickness.
Samples from all 80 holes drilled on a 500m grid were checked with XRF
analysis and 10 holes returned values between 182 and 628 tonnes U3O8 per
sq k. Intervals over which the assays were accumulated ranged from 3m to
    6m.
    Mumpie Prospect (Fig.2)
Samples from 47 holes drilled at 500m and 1km centres and at random
locations were checked using XRF analysis.
Twelve holes returned values between 276 and 515 tonnes of U3O8 per sq k.
Intervals over which the assays were accumulated ranged from 3m to 9m.
    General
The widths shown by several of the intersections together with the shallow
depth, enhance the potential of the prospect areas.
Indications to date, based on the large area the uranium anomalies cover, the
gamma radiation seen from ground geophysics and drilling and the
independent assay results from the reconnaisance drilling campaigns, support
an ongoing effort to identify a resource.
“Given that the exploration program is barely 6 months old and the areas
being explored are large, the results to date are very encouraging” quoted
    John Risinger a company director.

    Future Work
    Planned near term activities include
    • Additional analysis of samples continues. In order to determine the
potential of the uranium in disequilibrium, samples have been sent to
Western Radiation Services and ANSTO for analysis of the levels of
    radiation and disequilibrium.
    • Resistivity surveys and interpretation are ongoing in an endeavour to
identify the most likely zones of concentration.
    • Once a better understanding of the distribution of the uranium
mineralisation is established infill drilling will continue.
As results become available they will be released to the market.
