It doesn't take a brain surgeon to see that they are expecting to go commercial on this well, its pretty simply, if they didn't, they wouldn't be here.
Therefore "better than expected" means better than all the leadup data / information and historical data that was available to Latent / Haliburton would have suggested at this point.
