I think there is a good chance of Tremont now lobbing a bid for the remaining stake that CXX hold in Panda Hill before the de-merger.
Just makes sense to me and then CXX would use this cash for their next endeavour.
It would make sense that before the de-merger CXX had conversations with Tremont but could not agree on a price....
