Can't see the markets stopping there run atm so I can give you a down target of 7000.

Record highs could still be achieved till Christmas.Just have a look at Bhp and Rio in London they have just put on another 2.8% ,metals all up, gold is flying what can stop this in its tracks when any bad news is look at postive i.e if its bad news it could signal interest rates will go down if its good news we don't go into recession.

Another thing that doesn't make sense is the Aussie dollar hitting 90.46 i thought it should have negative effect on the big miners but hey in this market why worry about detail.
