I am newish to this one, did a short term trade a few weeks ago and took profits. Back in more heavily than before for 2 reasons: First, I have made a lot of money shadowing Orbis investment, a "high conviction" institutional investor. They appeared in the press as backing it hard. Second, reits are due for a big run imho.
I am back in fot at least 50 cents but thought I would have to wait 6 months or so. What could happen by Dec to get to 27 cents?
