That 7 million on offer at 13, I reckon, has been already prepacked for another line buyer. Whoever it is knows that the volume in the last couple of weeks has been waaay to slow to entertain the idea of selling such a huge line (well it isnt huge really in dollar terms). Its a decoy.

This exact thing happened a few months back when there was about 20 million on offer at 12.5 - sat there for a week or so and a buyer took out not only that 20 million but left another 6 on the bid. Then went to 16-18 from there.

Does anyone recall that exact moment?
