    a close around 8 and above looks like the downtrend has a good chance of finally reversing course. the company certainly has had its contentios issues in 2014, but the appointment of 2 additional independent directors indicates that things should be moving forward again, in particular Bartee who is highly credentialed in the in the VC arena
