Today's close above 40c was a very positive sign. Now I want to see an end of week close of 40c or better for this trend reversal to show stronger signs of confirmation. Maybe this week? If, not it will come and patience will have its reward. Buying depth vs Selling depth is also showing more positive signals. Next target is 44c. Once through that OCC will have the s/p highs in its sights. Positive news flow will be the catalyst ... Or anticipation of the same. Lots of developments in the 2015 pipeline to awaken interest.
