Oh dear, things must be going bad if Tharlow is popping up again. He disappeared after his continual down-ramping was exposed by various posters (check posts from June 6ish), but it seems he's crept out again from under his rock to try his luck once more. For those who might not remember Tharlow, he was exposed down-ramplng AVX, BLR, BLT, PLT and CCE and then disappeared for a while. He's back now down rampling PYC, SLA, PTD, ACL and of course AVX. There's no harm in listening to everyone, but be careful of those carrying an agenda. IN the case of Tharlow, folk would be wise to check his previous postings to know more about his agenda.
