DM I don't want to get pedantic about this but that's false. The K announcement came out on the 11/12. Sp broke out of the range you mentioned on the 5/12 to close at 7.2. It trekked south for the next 3 days closing at 6.6c on the 10/12 the day before the announcement. Now from the 12/11 till the 5/12 you can count on one finger the number of green candles. Alot of weakness was in the chart before the announcement hence the sell off.
