Of course there are a minimal amount of penny dreadfully that have an increase on news but the divergence is evident in the market with the banks and staples getting the lions share of the market. Check any chart you like if you have had success with other pennies good luck to you andi hope it continues

The flow to the safe stocks will diminish once market conditions improve and ppl become less worried with employment and bank rates.
