We got two promising white candles bars pushed the price up with better than average volume. So we should expect the price will rise again for next couple days after more traders absorbed the news. To let it rise slowly than one big jump will keep accc out come way.


What we really needs are some institutional players coming in with couple millions and that would definite push the price above 10 cents in short term.

As regrading to why the stock is not in trade halt. My guess is outcome will return better value than current trading price. (trade halt is only necessary if outcome can cause panic selling. Think of the trade halt for the NWS, if without the trade halt our share will plummet into low 2 to 1 cents)
