Here is the deal as i see it..
Mr market was getting very impatient with whether or not the process will actually go ahead, bad lng prices aswell made it hard also.. Now, they have further de risked BUT my guess is stonepeak and the chile deal and possibly others are further advanced in regard to BTA's.
Whic, if they do have BTA's, and get final approval to start construction etc, then it goes from 5% to 95 % very very fast...
